PARADISE -- It's been nearly two years since Jim Livingston had a stroke and was treated at Feather River Hospital. While he's made progress at recovering, he still speaks haltingly. The stroke also caused him to lose his ability to read and write although that has come back a little, he said in a phone interview this week.
On Sept. 13, Livingston filed suit against the hospital, claiming he was given a drug that is not approved for treating stroke and was not the one doctors in the emergency room ordered him to have....  http://bit.ly/qB1HHm
